COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE

 

  • ACCIDENT NOT AT FAULT In case of accident and the renter is not at fault, the excess liability would be zero.

 

  • ACCIDENT AT FAULT In case of accident and the renter is at fault, the excess liability would be AED 1500 and AED 3000 for Luxury Vehicles

 

  • UNKNOWN DAMAGE In case of accident / damage is unknown, the excess liability would be AED 1500 and AED 3000 for Luxury Vehicles

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW)

  • ACCIDENT NOT AT FAULT In case of accident and the renter is not at fault, the excess liability would be zero.

 

  • ACCIDENT AT FAULT In case of accident and the renter is at fault, the excess liability would be zero.

  

  • UNKNOWN DAMAGE In case of accident / damage is unknown, the excess liability would be zero.

COVERAGE

  • Insurance covers use in U.A.E only. Vehicles are covered with the comprehensive insurance as per the UAE Law. A police report must be obtained at all times in the event of an accident or damage. If the renter fails to produce a valid police report to the Supplier, all charges incurred will be the responsibility of the client, even the CDW was taken.

 

  • No replacement vehicle will be given and rental charges will continue until a police report is received along with any other relevant documents.

 

 

  • Insurance Excess liability is as per the Insurance Policy plus an administration fee of AED 500.
  • In the event of theft of a rented vehicle, the police must be notified immediately; otherwise cover would be rendered void.

 

  • **NOTE: Please note that Police Report is mandatory in any type of accident mentioned above. Otherwise, the insurance will be voided and the actual cost of damage will be charged to the renter.

 

 

ANCILLARY CHARGES

 

  • Toll Road (Salik) 5 AED per crossing ( applicable in Dubai only )
  • Petrol 2.30 per Liter refueling charges applicable
  • Traffic Offenses / Parking Fines 50 AED/- service charges applicable
  • Airport Parking Fee As determined by the Airport location 
  • Additional Driver AED 60/- (One Time Charge)
  • GPS AED30/- Daily , AED120/- Weekly , AED300/- Monthly**AED850/- applicable charge for lost GPS
  • REFUNDABLE deposit will be blocked on the credit card. 1500 for Economy cars, 3000-5000 for Luxury cars. (Automatically released after 14 days after returning the car)

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

  • AED60/- daily and weekly rentals (within Dubai only). Otherwise, AED150 Delivery will be applied. For monthly rentals, delivery and collection would be FREE.

MILEAGE CHARGES

  • Mileage allowance is 250KM per day. However, unlimited mileage will be applied for monthly rentals.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Valid Credit Card is mandatory for security blocking at the start of the rental. The security blocking may be used to cover any additional charges at the end of the rental. E.g.fuel, rental period extension, accident or damage charges, toll road crossing (Salik) and traffic fines. By signing the terms and conditions, the driver is authorizing the company, Yeti Car Rental LLC to charge the provided credit card for any additional charges mentioned above.

DRIVER QUALIFICATION

  • Drivers are required to present their original passports as a form of identification.

 

  • All national licenses must be valid and held for a minimum period of six months.

 

 

  • All drivers on visit or transit visa must produce their original national and international license.

 

  • Only visitors from the bellow countries are allowed to drive with their national driving license

 

 

  • UK USA France Japan Holland Switzerland Denmark Australia Singapore Germany Italy Sweeden Greece Austria Ireland Spain New Zealand Netherland Norway Turkey Canada Poland South Korea Finland South Africa Romania Hongkong

 

  • Visitors from Republic of Korea, Japan, Turkey and Greece are requested to have a translation of their license approved by the Council or Embassy. However we do recommend that an international license be obtained. GCC National licenses are acceptable if drivers are holding a GCC passport. GCC countries are Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates. Expatriates holding a GCC license are acceptable provided that the driver must have a current residence visa for the GCC country that has issued the license. In the case of expatriates in possession of a residence visa, a UAE driver’s license must be presented. If the UAE license is less than six months, a home country license should be produced together with the UAE license. Drivers from other countries must have a valid International license plus their own

National license. For additional drivers the above points apply as the main driver.

AGE RESTRICTION

  • Minimum age is 21 years. From 21 years till 25 years there is additional fee in case of accident as per insurance.

RESTRICTION

  • Punctures, tyre damage, wheel caps, aerials and windscreens are not covered by insurance, even after paying CDW unless the damage is caused as a result of an accident and the client has obtained a valid police report. Off-road driving renders the insurance invalid even after paying CDW. Loss or damage to personal items is not covered under the terms of the insurance.Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs renders the insurance invalid. N.B. Alcohol limit is ZERO.
